The Institute of Tropical Medicine and International Health leads on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development partnership projects with clinics situated in Rwanda and Uganda. These projects are known under the ESTHER Partnership (Ensemble pour une Solidarité Thérapeutique Hospitalière En Réseau).
